cart for plasma cutter

At work our plasma cutter is rarely used. The only reason that everyone including me is to lazy to drag it out, It seems a lot easier to grab the torch which is always easy to get at. Its just a big job to grab the plasma drag it out find a a air hose unwind the cord and plug it in. But with the MIG I don't think twice about going threw all the trouble of of plugging it in. I got the go ahead to build a cart for it. The one in the drawing we can buy for $49 plus shipping but I figure that I can build one for about $200. LOL Does anyone know anything I could add to this cart to justify the trouble of building one.
