Default hitch step
Here's a hitch step I made out of SS for my boss. He got a new dodge and he's short like me so he needed a step for his receiver hitch.

Pile Buck, I don't think they're messing with you.
There's actually a Dodge Ram's head on it, made out of anti-skid tape.

Here... I took a little of the blindness out of it for ya'.
I had to look real close too.

I'm sure there would be an easier way to have made this if I had different equiptment. But all I used was a shear, brake, belt sander, rolls, and tig. None of which you'd have to have but makes it a lot easier.
I cut the top piece out flat, I cut a 1 1/4" wide strip and broke it on about a 45deg. with a big set of dies. Then took a cutting wheel and make a cut about every 1/8", cleaned it up and rolled it to fit the top piece. Then lots of welding and grinding. I'm sure this isn't much of a tutoral but maybe I can build something else similiar and take pics. Any ideas, I don't like to build the same stuff twice.
