Ring Roller
Hello everyone I don’t post much but I used to visit this site everyday.
My wife passed away in December and I just don’t get here very often. I am getting rid of a bunch of stuff and someone is interested in buying this ring roller. I sold my mill and lathe and I am trying to downsize. My question is what is the value of this ring roller It has a hydraulic motor to turn it.

It looks like a well made home job. Does it have the power pack to drive the motor. Probably have couple hundred bucks just to replace major parts.
Part of the value would depend on how back the buyer wants/ needs it. I would research other powered ring rollers on eBay to get a feel of going prices, and price accordingly, depending on dies that you have, and is it plug and play? If they have to supply a power pack to run the motor, then value goes down. Then the overall value might be just the cost of the individual components that could be used for some other project. Personally, I probably would not pay over $200, for what I see in the pictures, but then again my need for it isn’t that great, and I am known to be chea.. er frugal.
