Default Anyone own one of these "Portable CNC plasma cutters" ?

Looks like ESAB was bringing them in for around $10k a few years back.

Now they appear from a few sellers much cheaper.

Roughly $2200 including shipping....:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Portable-63...cAAOSw8uFc0kVI
It comes with a oxy/fuel torch, and the THC for a plasma (just add your
plasma cutter & torch to it)

FWIW I saw a used one at McKean Machinery, but it sold fast, didn't get a chance to go an see it in person.

No, Not that I know of I wonder if it is worth the money??
If someone can say I am willing to make the investment due to floor space and being portable might just make it more affordable for myself but what are it's max and min limitations what is your opinion of t usefulness

Prices seem to be coming down. Langmeir? has a 2x2 system out for 1500$ New in box.

No idea how steep the learning curve is for their software. I understand some systems are less newbie friendly than others.

So which one is better or easier to learn? I'm seriously considering picking one up. But what the best one for the buck.

Here's another one:
https://www.arcbro.com/arcbro-voyage...tting-machine/

They all seem to use the same touch pad controller.
EDIT: different touch pad:

ESAB cross bow how to set up:

Koike's version:

note the showing of using the usb stick, and asterisk lower right,
must use pnc-cam (apparently not just a .dxf file)

This one shows "Improvements" over the first one I showed ($2200 one):

But it get's corfusing with 3 models:

Same control panel, step-by-step, note run .dxf thru a g-code xlator, but then offsets and feedrates
are left off, and manually inputted on machine screen:

"SteelTailor" appears to be the Original inventor of these things:

Scroll down and read of the improvements.

I bought a Go-torch years ago. It wasnt really useful until it was at least 2x4, and was much more useful at 4x4. Now at 4x7 and 4x10 would be better. The software is probably the most vital part. Crappy drawing, converting, etc makes the job harder and less enjoyable.

Wait a time with patience. Save some more money and buy a machine you can enjoy. No z axis or height control is a no go. Start hunting for a better used machine. Probably can find a used P Cam 4x4 for around 5k, just try to get one with Design Edge software.
