Default woodruff key

What RPM for a 3/16 by .75 did cutter on a .75" shaft that has been built up and turned? Its a #606?

You have to go by the amount of teeth that are on the cutter. ? ? ?
Assuming you are cutting steel and its on a small mill about 100 rpm's would be a starting range.

and a-lot of dark cutting oil.

then 200 rpm on the safe side.

be sure to lock down the quill, its the start that can pull or pushup the quill.

I'm using Grizzly G0555, Its a good to work with wood and metal, Mostly I'm doing for wood. It contains Dual voltage system and 1500fpm and 3200fpm.
