Just buy several LN-25s, with different wire in all of them and switch them out on a CC/CV power source.
My solution is a little different. I just have multiple welders in the shop set up with different wires, and 2 spool guns set up fo the different welders. (XMT with .045, MM200 with .035, 3035 with .035 316 SS, spoolmatic 1 with .035 4043.
I actually changed the XMT304 to .035, as I have 2 welders welding on opposite sides of teh same panels to help avoid distortion.

Just don't expect any body work type welding out of the bobcat. It it's low end voltage is pretty high up there. Plug a 120 volt welder into it, and you will get there. (if needed)

I must have gotten the slightly less equipped model. Mine ONLY welds. I wonder if aftermatket upgrades are available?

Its biggest con is that its not cheap, not even used ones.

You need the LN-25bj model...

A couple/few years back, Miller was making an "extension" suitcase called the "Millermatic Reach" for the MM252, etc. but it appears to discontinued. LINK Do a search at millerwelds.com and you can find more info on it...

Currently my version of a MillerMatic reach is to put the welder in the scissor lift, lay the sheilding gas bottle flat behind it, and use that to reach up, over, and into things. Talk about a pain to setup...
