James that truck looks like it should last until you get another.

That's a great looking truck. I've never known anyone who has a personal crane. What an awesome addition.

Thanks for all the comments. I hope to start seting it up today, will get some pics of the process, and some when I switch out the welders with the crane.

Cal - The truck now weighs 12800, thats with the ranger 9 that came with the truck, which Iam gone to switch out with the Miller Big 40.

Flop - The ranger is up in the front of the bed in its own little steel box, the inside of the pass. side front box has been cut out so you can get to the controls. Yes there is a spot for the oxy/act, but I have other plans for that space.

Tommy - You trying to say I might have been knowin to go threw a few in the past.

Madam - Yes, we will have to come up with something for a name.

Thanks
James

Nice truck James.

It will be pretty easy to overload once you get the Big 40 on there, but you will be able to fine tune the stuff you need to carry and how much of it after a while.

Iam working on gettin it set up, just a few more details and I will be done. I was gone to take so pics of the welder switch but the camera batterys were dead. The GVW is going to be REAL close.

A guy at work told me he seen a service truck with the reg's permantly mounted to the inside of a compartment box and then a high pressure line (hydaulic, or steel braided) from the gauge to the tank, that way the reg's aint gettin beat around in the box, and you just hook up the line. Has anyone ever seen or done this? If so what type of line would I need?

Thanks

James

Mostly got everything on it now, just a few more odds and ends.

No time this weekend to finish it up, putting a throwout bearring in it now

James

Sorry for the little speed bump, James but one thing we know for sure - you'll get it done.
