I have a Swisher pull-behind, 60" - used to use it behind my old JD 14 horse 38" rider, half the time the swisher would bog down and die while the JD (Kawasaki) kept going, I finally put the swisher in the shed and left it there.

If I ever wanna use that 60" again, I'll do like Doug suggested and stick a 22 horse Predator on it.

You may wanna see if you can find one of the Kawasaki 14 horse verticals like JD had for your Swisher, especially if it's as gutless as their (13 horse ) they put on the 60" pull-behind; either that, or stop every 50' or so to see if it's still running... Steve
