I don't know if it would work for you but, I sprayed three coats of Thompson's Water Seal on the concrete in my garage. It has lasted about 20 years so far. Paint, oil and grease don't stick to it. Did it as soon as the surface appeared to be dry.

I did the same thing at a building we built in 1980,we used a squeegee to apply it,pour it out and squeegee it around.

These stubs might not pass inspection.

Plan B is to use a in ground pull box and on the outgoing side of the pull box drop down to the 18" minimum depth for the conduit and go 24" deep the rest of the way. Main concern is my two 4" conduits. Oops.

Making progress. Got the shed closed in yesterday. Hung a door and a window too.

Default Morton buildings

Today I added electricity to the shed. I'm using some 8 gauge cord that i plug into a outlet by the power meter and the other end is tied into the shed.

Must be a strong wind there. In the post above, the shed was looking good, but now the wind has blown it over on it's side

Either that or the foundation was weak on that side and gave way!

Went down to Sunbelt Rentals this morning and reserved a rough terrain scissor lift and a Lull or telehandler. I'll have the equipment for four weeks starting Wednesday November 11th. Then I'll start getting some steel in the air.
