Which the end bowed out as much as it was, I couldn't get the draw bar over it without cutting into the bushing/ cotter pin. I got it cheap enough that I wasn't afraid to destroy it, so I made a press plate thingy(technical term).I then filled it with water(half full, till water leaked out)to help keep it from moving. Pounding on it just bounced, so I stood it up on a rim to cradle the bottom. I then had the wife drive the tractor over and push down. It popped into place!
Once she raised the bucket it popped back out. FML
I had her push down with the bucket once more and while it was in place I banged on it near the edges with a mini-sledge. My 2nd attempt worked and somehow it is sealed again.
I'm not positive, I will try tomorrow to fill r up and check.
