Get a grommet kit and add more grommets in-between existing. More points of hold=less chance they will rip out. And the wire method suggested...

Originally, that was the plan for this spot. We didn't get it accomplished before we took over the place 5 years ago. The other line coverings were all done after hours with members and staff help, the materials being the only expense. I had actually put the line over the pistol side up for bid to have professionally built and never could get anyone out to do it.

The increased cost of lumber these past few years has kept me from attempting any real building projects, both at the range and home. I haven't even considered doing anything in metal.

Know what you mean - I managed to get my small container under cover with a 24' x 24' steel framed polycarb roof BEFORE steel went thru the roof - roof is modular bolt-up construction, 2" tube, uprights and mains are .250" wall and "modules"/trusses are .120" - it's all enclosed now with a modded 1 ton HF crane.

Between trees and the roof, the container sees almost ZERO sun so the inside temps are within a degree or two of (shade) ambient.

Hard to believe I was looking forward enough to also order a bundle of 15 more sticks of the lighter tubing at the time; last time I checked the price was right at 3X what I paid... Steve
