I suggest you find the manual
https://www.lincolnelectric.com/en/Operators-Manuals Post a link to the proper manual. Look up trouble shooting on how to Flash the exciter. while you are at it check the exciter coils and make sure they are not loose. As was with this 400AS https://www.shopfloortalk.com/forums...ad.php?t=48426
