Default LED shop lights retrofit from Fluorescent lights

I have some 4 bulb T8 fluorescent fixtures in my shop, 10 in total, and 3 decided to go out. I was fairly sure it was the ballast, and so figured now was a good time to try some LED bulbs.
I didn't want the ones that still use the ballast, as what would be the point in that??
I found these direct wire LED bulbs from Menards, and so I did some wiring work on just those 3 fixtures to eliminate the ballast and installed the new LED bulbs.
Each bulb is rated for 2200 lumens, so with 4 in each fixture that gets me 8800 lumens per fixture.
With 16ft ceilings, this was definitely an improvement over the fluorescent bulbs!
Now only 7 more to do... which I'll do once those other ballasts decide to fail.
Here's a video I put together showing it all: Watch until to the end to see the comparison of before and after!
