Thank you! but one other question should I order the steel screws or the Rockwell grade screws....

I don't know, I would just order lowest cost ones and give a shot. Or order some of both.

If your tooling is hardened then you want the screws to be softer than the tooling. If the tooling is soft than a soft screw won't chew it up, so I would say order the softer ones.
Plus, a softer screw won't skate like a hard one will on hardened tooling.
