I could make a vehicle comment.
I would look at a grounding or shielding issue in one of the bays.
The fastest way to identify that bay is to remove power from all bays and test the trucks If it operates normaly then turn on the power to each bay until the problem happens. Now you know where the problem is located.
OTOH if the trucks still have problems the source is not line powered or is not located in your complex. By not line powered I mean that it operates on batteries that may be line charged but for some reason need to have power in the event of a power outage for some reason like wireless security cameras or fire protection systems
Depending on the attitude of the people involved this will either get resolved by a co operative attitude or it will become a popcorn event .
