Default Plow cylinder

Angle cylinder on my 50+ year old plow was rusted so bad the end ripped out. So instead of buying a new one like a normal person would do I fixed it.

1 cut the bad off

2 turned a new end, long for easier setup

3 cut it off

4 beveled the cylinder end only to keep the weld away from the hole

5 clamped

Nice work. Also good to not see your floor. Makes me feel better that some people are like me.

Good job--pretty simple and straightforward; just needed some time to do it. Way too much shit these days that gets trashed or replaced when a simple repair is all that's needed. If you go back 25-30 years we used to do a lot of "repair" work--hardly do any nowadays...

Nice repair. Now the sad part is if you were charging normal shop rate, it would almost be cheaper to just buy a new cylinder.
