I think you came up on the long end of the stick on this trade!
Thanks Ken

Yes still trying to figure out how to come and get it. been hard finding help willing to go with funny I'm never to busy to help out a buddy but buddies seem to be too busy to help me out as of lately I was thinking of hiring a wrecker with suck up bed but haven't heard back from the one I was referred to who hauls equipment.

Its not hard for me to pick up the local equip. but seems to be a pain in the rear to get stuff brought from out of town.

I understand.

Have the same problem on this end, too. No hurry, just asking.

Your best bet is renting that hi-low trailer from Sunbelt on the weekend, so you have two days for one day rental. Just a thought.

There was a time when San Antonio business took pride in the quality of work put out but over the years the quality has gone to hell in a hand basket
and their price has shot way up....

had a guy tell me one time you get what you pay for! well No ya don't!
not any more in some places.....

I remember I use to get the drive shafts for shredders from tractor supply and the drive shaft shops for around 30 to 60 bucks and they were HD shafts now they want 3-500 for one from the same places and it is nothing but light weight crap...I mean I get it thigs get to costing more as the years go by but shit it's just a couple years ago the prices jumped and quality truly went to shit

I don't know if its just young and dumb this new gen of entitlement mentality or just how plain lazy assed that people have gotten...

as for the lathe I'm happy with this smaller one for now it's doing what I need it for.... I have another P&W that's bigger than ill ever need but no place to put it but plans are to add on to shop another 16'x60' after I collect enough random and reclaimed material to do so, Already have been given a few trailer load of mixed 1-3" an 4" pipe and a bunch of other steel that has to be removed from property being forced to be cleaned up by the county it will prolly take me a month to load and haul it all and then sort it all and keep the good steel and scrap what's eh scrap but then anything longer than 4" is keep able
