Just talked to them today and they stated they have looked everywhere and the injector is missing. (Maybe Ironman was right) Service manager said he will get me one, but it may be up to 2 months before they get an injector job that they can where cores are not needed. He said he will ship me one at no cost to me as soon as he can.

I’ve seen where soaking a new belt in 303 (protectant, not tractor oil) will make them last forever. Haven’t tried it myself yet.

Can't say I soak them, but I do wipe them down with it about twice a year.

Picked up the truck this afternoon. A/C compressor had a big crack in the case. Expect that was due to the belt getting wedge between the case and the pulley. Replace the compressor and a hose and the accumulator. Runs cold and smooth. $670 for the fix.

End of story.
