Yeah, they may have to start up his forklift to do it.

And bring a big trailer!
Thats what i tell Carol, nobodys going to steal my tools, everythings to old and too heavy.
I take the forklift battery out when i go away and i hide the battery and the key.
But the only real thing thats as heavy as Reds stuff is my Peddinghaus iron worker,70,000 lb machine that weighs maybe 5000lbs.
Its a handful on a 6000 lb forklift.

Paid a visit to Keith Rucker this morning and picked up some tools. A Brown & Sharpe surface grinder and a couple indicators and a depth mic.

If nothing else the floor of that building will not blow away in a storm.

I have a couple of the back plunger indicators, been so long since I used them I couldn’t even tell you when it was.

Never used or dealt with a brown and sharpe grinder, their measuring tools were good though, and back in the day their screw machines were common.

Just remember with a surface grinder, everything seems good, and next, the wheel blows up in your face. There is next to no forgiveness if or when things go wrong.

I have been present for a wheel blowing up twice. Once with me, and once another guy. I remember the details of both very well, and fortunately no injuries either time.

Were they due to too heavy cut?
