Default Mig light

This might help, it seems that things are getting hard to see some times. By the way the site has free shipping over $49

And I thought I was the only one that had problems seeing the weld area. I like the idea for sure.

I see lots of guys with headlamps, strap removed, then glued under or over the lens on welding helmets.

If shipping is less than $8, it's cheaper than Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/Steck-23240-M...7&sr=8-1-fkmr0

Not sure I'd want one THAT close to the work; even using C25, I get spatter on a little handheld LED lamp from about a foot further away - altho a torch mount might not see as much (being BEHIND the nozzle)... Steve

I bought one a few years ago. I have used twice. The "flexible" mount is extremely flexible, I could not get it to stay in one position. It wanted to roll off of the mig gun. I wanted to make a bracket that was more substantial but keep putting it off. I wound up using a clamp light that I would fit on the work piece and adjust for the application . It wasn't very bright either as I recall. Just my
2ยข worth.
