Default Stuck jack handle

My floor jack spent too much time outside this summer and the handle socket got packed with sand and dust so badly that it took an 18" pipe wrench to turn it. It's alum so no rust, but WD40 didn't help much. I built this clamp to go on the handle and made a slide hammer from a Hossfeld roller. It took a while to budge it but finally had success. I gave it a coating of fluid film and put it back together. Click image for larger version

Sounds like it needs to spend a little more time inside especially after all the time-consuming work and rigging to get that handle out and working again.

I never knew Kansas had that much grit blowing around, all you hear about is corn and grain.
