TIG cart project.
I bought a stripped Syncrowave 250 last month of craigslist and spent the next month gathering the parts (cooler, torch, ect) to make it weld. Once I got that done, I had to put her on some wheels. I thought I'd share here since I "borrowed" quite a few ideas from posts here to make it. You'll notice I haven't got a cover for my torch hoses yet, thus the colorful spool on the right side.

Nice cart. I drive thru Columbus several times a year. Do you have a shop there?

Scotts- I know that track and town well. It's my "home" drag strip as the only thing close to the house is a non NHRA "outlaw" 1/8 mile track in Phenix City, AL.
nctox- I have a warehouse that is supposed to be for my DirecTV installation business, but slowly my fabrication stuff is taking over pushing the DTV stuff towards one end. Here is another project from last week. Had this mobile car lift that was taking up space for the past year, so I converted it to an adjustable height welding table with a sheet of 3/8 steel. |

Hollywood, Would you give up some more information on the lift table? I like the looks of it and really need one. How long is it? What did you use for the lift part? Did you use bushing on the pivot points? Are the wheels solid? PM me if you'd like, Thanks, Have A Big Time. Wade |
