Default Fuel tank

The man wanted his old headache rack and a new fuel tank mounted on his 2011 Ford F350 and still have his roll up Tonneau Cover mounted behind it. Does anyone have any ideas for a rubber molding to make a water tight seal around the tank? I will not be shortening the Tonneau Cover.

1 tank surround

2 everything in place

3 gaps

4 bolt on cover for strobe flasher

5 flasher

Maybe truck/heavy equipment window gaskets or trash truck tailgate seals https://www.holtzindustries.com/tailgate-seals-2/
