Default Anyone used a Miller Dimension 400? (electric, not engine driven)

Apparently there was a Dimension engine driven unit made at one time, but I'm currently looking at a big 3phase Miller Dimension 400 MIG/Stick unit. Priced at $350. Comes with wire feeder and stick leads.
I think it pulls like 46a max @230v and I do have the phase converter to push it (20hp RPC I built)
Any opinions on this thing? Here are some pics if they'll post for me. I see there is an "optional" spot for where a burnback adjustment knob would've gone, but isnt there, or never was. Also, there is a spot at the bottom of the feeder which has a water hookup. I have only ever heard of TIG water coolers, but not on MIG guns. Maybe its a less common industrial MIG feature?
Any advice or opinions appreciated.
If the pics do post for me, note that my only concern is that it looks as if it MAY be stores outside. Not sure yet. Going to look at it shortly.
We'll see how pics come out. For some reason screenshot pics rarely post well for me on these forums.

$350?!? STOP READING AND GO BUY IT!!! WTF!!!

Yes, water cooled MIG guns do exist once you are over 350-400 amps
they are a good thing to have. They were solid industrial machines.
If you have the power to run it, I would get it.
