I can only dream of something of that size!

Here's what I ended up doing instead of welding ...

Now I just need to hook them up to the system!
I will also add temperature sensitive cooling to the compressor now that it has some more volume to fill up..

how will you drain the water from those tanks?

I'm coupling both drains to a T-piece and running a hose back down into the shop then I'll manually go up and drain them every now and then.
There's 2 water filters in the way before these tanks so I hope they shouldn't see much moisture at all.
