Let me know what size yours is and I'll dig through my stash.
Will do it's hard to get good measurements due to how buggered up this thing is. But, here is what I came up with.
Small Pulley O.D. 3-9/16"
Large Pulley O.D. 5-3/4"
Outer Pulley Flange to Outer Pulley Flange 5-3/4"
Crank Bore 1"

I have to say I've put alot of miles on ones that looked worse.
In the local Princess auto they have weld on sheet steel pulleys and a selection of hubs with common registers and diameters.
You have the hub, and you need some tin pulleys to weld onto it.

If you find 424 stamped on it. It's the right one Factory part # 756-0424 They made a change at some point and new # is 756-0631 it uses a separate spacer on the top side. I assume it would be marked 631
