LED target lighting--ideas?

Two concerns after reading through this.

1. Color blind people, so please don't rely on colors to indicate people versus targets only.

2. When testing the batteries, did you happen to test their longevity in temperatures accurate to what they will be working in?

I'm adding "shape" to that first one as well. I ordered some of the glow bracelets that should easily go around belt loops or other body parts to distinguish the shooters. It's not perfect, but about the best I can do.

As to the temperatures, no I haven't. I'm hoping that after this little cold snap is over I can make it to the range and do a little testing of them. Between illness and now the weather this project has taken a back seat. I'm running out of time but glad I started when I did. I really don't know how many lights I'll need to illuminate the targets at 100yds. I may have to really scale up my system, but the only way to know will be to get it out there and see.
