I had some pieces from a kitchen remodel, the remains of the countertop were not good for much so I used them for shelves in the cabinets that were taken from the same job, the stuff machines well BTW. Remodeling a bathroom right now & the new medicine cabinet is MDF, as are the shelves so going to look if there are still a scrap or two, to replace the cheap MDF shelving. Off topic but it's amazing how much debris can be produced from a small bathroom, it was a total gut job, filled a 5X10 trailer and that did not even include the enameled steel bathtub, worst type of plumbing fixture made & it went to the baler at the local scrapyard.
