Stop breathing. Sorry, couldn't help myself. Might try some anti-fogging spray on the lens, or adjust it a little further out from your face. Mike

I put rain-x anti fog on one of my old stationary lens hoods once. Worked okay but stunk.

Kinda like inside a car, warm your helmet up some before working with it. Or get more air circulation inside the hood.

Clean the inside of the lense, I used a clear plastic cover like you use on the outside on the inside. clean and dry this as well. Take 1 drop of dawn liquid dish washing detergent and drop it in the middle of the clear lense and polish the lense with it, put it between you and the autodark lense if possible helped on mine and my motorcycle visor. You may be able to use it directly on the inside of the auto dark lense I do not know this for sure.

When welding outside in the winter
I used to warm the inside of the hood with the torch.

"Hoodfogging".

Sounds like something that might be done down south on a Saturday night.

I have the same hood, with the same problem,
I warm mine up in front of a heater, and its fine.

Have you tried wearing those disposable paper dust mask's ?
They kind of slow down the output, and spread it around.

Or learn how to breath thru your ears.....
