And after they build them they turn them over to guys that do this as "just another day"

This is just another example of what is going on around us on a daily basis the we have no idea of.

For example, until I took a tour of the third basement level of the Chicago Hilton Hotel, did I know that the Metropolitan Sewerage Agency timed the release of large building waste into the system. Those buildings have huge holding tanks and do not empty them until they get a call to do so.

Who knew??

To quote Benny Hill, " Boeing is not a good name for an airplane manufacturer, it sounds like something just fell off!"
Make over, make do, or do without

Why do I have to press one for English when you're just gonna transfer me to someone I can't understand anyway?

Grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can & the friends to post my bail when I finally snap!

I've been there and taken the tour. Awesome is how I would describe it. The assembly building has three of those bays if I remember right and 5 restaurants. They have races (like 5K) in the basement halls.

We used to ride dirt bikes, and shoot guns right where the Everett Boeing plant is located. There was an old gravel pit there, and miles and miles of trails for riding bikes. We lived just a mile or so west of the plant in Mukilteo.

Boeing was where I worked prior to retirement (2006). Always amazed me at the trivia things on an airplane. For example it adds 500+# of weight to paint a 747.

Liberty has never come from Government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it.
