Do you have a CNC table or did you free hand your cut outs?

Should I say welcome back Kelly? I don't recognize the Screen name and yet a member since well before me. Yes, I have a CNC plasma table that play around with.

I guess if you have a plasma cutter you have to justify it somehow. :-)

Yea, it's a good thing she's not the bank, the business plan I talked to her about on this thing hadn't exactly worked. I just don't actively push my self on people. So it's a good thing I can afford this expensive hobby...

Making things like this for her really goes a long ways.

Okay, still going strong on getting this finished by birthday. Today I turned the peg hoops for her to hang things on, welded those on and welded the spacer deals on that will position mirror. Got clamps cut and marked, but no holes as of now.

Still need to locate studs and Mark accordingly on frame so that I can still and countersink holes for those screws. Need to drill and tap spacer practitioners things as well. Then from there I need to figure out if I will keep it native shiny, or whiney and look for getting it either powder clear or automotive clear. Any suggestions on the last part?

Pic 1 - Peg arrangement.
Pic 2 - Peg clamping method
Pic 3 - Spacer positions tabs with crummy welds.
Pic 4 - Frame work welds grounds flush.
Pic 5 - Improper grinding apparatus.
Pic 6 - It fits, now to finish everything.

You guys are so much guys.. I'm sure as long as your wife gets a head to toe view you will be okay.. But if you have to stand right in front of it to get a full view hoping the angle will reveal more keep your fingers crossed..

Being as tall as I am has always created problems both at home but even worse going to malls to try clothes on..

I have been to maybe 3 places that have great 3view full length mirrors.. All else is lacking..

The metal work looks great..

Good work, David.

Jen, just stand back and you will get the idea. Getting too close to the mirror shortens your view and changes the perspective.

For those of you able, here is a video of some of the work done one it. I think I have about 7 hours of video, and I'm for sure that there are a few hours not on recorded.

I tried to take some pictures along the way for the rest of the crowd.
