If yer in the next lane, a 200 watt aircraft landing lamp in the spotlight will boil his paint, and the idjut won't even know what the hell is happenin cause he's blind for a minute. He'll find the burn mark the next day.

Now, if you really want to be a prick, you rig up a second windshield washer with Sodium Silicate solution, that squirts to the left of yer car, and soak his paint and windows. Of course, you need to Joey with your wilers while you do this. When the silicate drys onhis paint and glass, he ain't gonna buff out either one.
