Must feel good to have a solid roof now.

Always nice to have the water where you want it, or don’t want it to be!!

Well, the weather forecast is favorable to the tear off and rebuild of the south side of the roof. A little snow but no rain until next Monday.
So I am going to try to get it done, this week.
Dan.

Weather forecast did not hold true, but I was leery of starting the tear off. So I waited. We got rain, and more forecast for this coming Tuesday. After that it is supposed to turn cold for about two weeks, so we will see, if after Tuesday I can start on the south side. Have wood to split and haul today and tomorrow, so I will be busy enough until after Tuesday.
Dan.

Okay, the weather forecast is for four dry days, starting tomorrow. So off comes the old roof down to the attic floor (old flat roof), the roof over the boiler room will be removed and a flat ceiling framed over, so the new eave line will be the same as the north side is.
Was going to start today, but there is rain around.
Dan.

Default shop redo

Dan, you've had nothing but weather and rain delays for quite some time now..seems every time I can get a break outside and get set up,rain again shuts me down too..maybe we need to get together and buy an old circus tent to set up over top of our work areas..no rain delays then..just watch out for the tigers and lions lol

Bunk, weather still not cooperating......
But the coons are back, I am going to set the live trap tomorrow. Then add somemore patching to the hole in the roof. The dang critters have ripped the hole larger.
