Default Circular Saw Blade Metal

Hi folks,

Last week I picked up a few old circular saw blades from the scrap yard. They are about 2 foot in outside diameter, and the interior has a center hole about 6-8 inches wide. I'm guessing they were from a saw mill or some such installation. There was a pile of 50+ blades at the yard, I just snagged 2. I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of metal they might be? I was thinking about using them to make a damascus billet, but was not sure if they would work well or not..

Thanks for any input

Edit: Here are a few pics..
