I use a chemical used for cleaning fracking tanks get it at O'Riley's auto parts here 5 gallons makes 55 gallons and it about 50 bucks use to use it in my parts cleaner tank because this crap would eat rust and paint off parts but would turn aluminum black if you left it to long over night but after 3 months it ate all the powder coating out of my tank and in 8 months ate my tank up but anyways it removes oil stains on concreate fairly well sit for an hour or two and wash off and is also supposed to be biodegradable to
cant think of the name of it but can look it up if interested
