Light beer is for people who don't want to get drunk, but like to piss a lot and pretend they are drinkin beer.

My shop is divided into two rooms. The general repair and welding area is 16' x 26'. Photos of it are here if this link works.......................

My god, Stick! How often does your cleaning lady come in?

Never met a lady that could organize stuff so that you could find it

I give the shop a good cleaning once a month. I don't like looking for something, (waste of time) want to go to where it's kept, use it and put it back for the next time.

I'm the same way stickman, that way I always know where it's at and can walk right to it.

YUP, so can I! When I got the steppuke I went out and bought a mine detector so I could find exactly where he dropped my tools. Then I got into electrolytic derusting so I could attempt to reclaim my tools.

Amen!! EVERY time "she that must be obeyed" cleans up my office, I loose something. If she did it every week, I wouldn't have anything left!!!!

My shop is usually a "disaster in progress." I can always find what I want though. The DIP is the reason I have gotten the green lite from the "war dept." to add on another 200sf to the shop. It would be storage only with some room for ongoing projects that I don't seem to finish the same year I start. After the addition, the plan is to add a 900 sf or so carport type cover that could be enclosed one day. I ONLY need time and money.
