Default Question for Shade Tree Welder: Refrigeration Required?

This concern came up at another forum and I thought you might be able to clarify. LINK (not my pictures below)

Henkel says "Storage Condition 36-46F". So how do they even sell it?

This is in regards to Loctite 380 "super-super glue" as used to be used in some 80% pistol kits. There have been adhesion failures so they (Lone Wolf) stopped supplying it and eventually stopped making/offering the kits altogether...

PS: I included a pic of the slide rails and how they used to be glued into the frame in their kits (x4).

This is in regards to Loctite 380...
It seems not to require that temp. but storing in refrigeration will likely
extend shelf life. Which based on what I was reading ain't long. Keep
your stock minimal, buy only as needed.

Store product in the unopened container in a dry location.
Storage information may be indicated on the product container

Optimal Storage: 2 °C to 8 °C. Storage below 2 °C or
greater than 8 °C can adversely affect product properties.
Material removed from containers may be contaminated during
use. Do not return product to the original container. Henkel
Corporation cannot assume responsibility for product which
has been contaminated or stored under conditions other than
those previously indicated. If additional information is required,
please contact your local Technical Service Center or
Customer Service Representative.
