Chris, you cut your dadoes on the table saw or router table? I don't have an actual dado set for the PM66 (yet) but DO have the Diablo "box joint set",

https://www.amazon.com/Freud-20T-Joi...NsaWNrPXRydWU=

just 2 offset flat bottom blades, do either 1/4" or 3/8" dados depending on whether you mount the two blades face to face or back to back.

I still need to build a couple sleds, next time I see a "deal" on baltic birch might grab some... Steve

Got all the drawers glued up and sanded and finish on the bottom large drawer. Used Watco danish oil finish. Had 5 quart cans partially full that I mixed together, mostly medium and dark walnut. Next to attach the drawer to the slide and then see what spacing between drawers will work for the rest of the drawers.
