Nick, that's a sight I'm very familiar with. Looks like someone has been using the place and not had the time to do much polishing.
Mine usually has a lot of dirt on the concrete that the forklift tracked in. I'll try to remember to get a picture today.

Awesome, and yes lots of use and no time for clean up. Which makes the next project take longer because I can't find anything.

Rusty, don't worry, that isn't garbage but what is commonly called junk. I got 2 small paint jobs and a crane repair I would like to get out of the way, its been so bitter cold outside the common chores are enough to occupy me. Super easy to dick off, my helper is gone which is a huge mistake. This is the time of year I really want to drag azz.
I am married with 2 1/2 kids and work from home. Their problems are mine, its easy to have a couple chores and distractions eat a day. I have whittled most of my tasks down to being able to handle them myself that I got rid of the labor force. When I was single cost wasn't as much of a problem and could work at will, I like to have a slow morning and gain speed till I am done. Go back to work at 10PM etc. I don't plan for every contingency but I like to be ready to face service problems. The more complex problems take more time and space and with limited effort space becomes a bit cheaper than men. I try to keep it to one thing at a time but weather etc has 5 jobs in various states of repair in now, no one wants to work on any. None of it though would prevent me from doing any kind of service should something come up. It wouldn't add but a few minutes inconvenience to any repair. I am going to clear one right now. I got it all on wheels or boxes I can move with a pallet jack. I got 4 golf carts in, 3 are done but was going to leave them warm thru a brutal cold snap, just doesn't hurt the batteries, for free pretty much anyway. For me the psychology is the important thing, if I feel caught up and it looks like I only have 1 more thing to finish I am likely to do it, 5 projects underway and I don't want to do any of them.
