When shit hits the fan it often comes in multiples. Mowed for an hour and all of a sudden yesterday the trans axle was did not have much gitty up. So back to the shop and found the trans axle drive belt was pretty loose. Got one ordered today so should be here by Friday.

Been doing a little woods cleaning up at a friends house with my skid loader. I brought over an ed springs for the friend to pull
Behind his lawn mower for final grading/ smoothing out. Next day he says he thinks he broke his mower since it does not seem to pull as much. I looked it over and noticed that the lever to disengage the hydrostatic drive was not locked into drive fully. A guess a stick poked up and pushed it open. Shut it and it drives like it should now.

That was the first thing I checked. Unfortunately it was in the correct position.

Belts arrived today. My son and I put them in and it runs just fine now. Mowed for an hour.
