Default Husqvarna YTH 22V42 Ider Pulley

Was mowing this morning and the mower deck was making some noise after an hour of mowing so stopped to check it out. Idler pulley bearing was shot. Looked up the mower deck diagram, got the P/N and ordered one off Amazon prime. $23.95. Hope it here Friday.

New camera came in yesterday so maybe now the pics will be right side up.

Edit: YEAH. pics are good!!!!!!

I have replaced two of them so far, the next will be the mickeymouse spring attachment. I finally made something so I could use a spring from the hardware store.

Ordered mine Feb 28th. Arrived May 5th. Longest shipping time I have had from Banggood.

I have also replaced the tower bearing assemblies for the blades. Seems their bearings are not too long lasting. Of course you cannot lube them.

Pluses:The camera is actually easier to operate than the old one.

Minuses: Does not have a rechargeable battery.

Other than those two things it is fine for me. Weighs less, as it is mostly plastic. Not sure it is as durable as the old one Time will tell.

AA. Directions says to use alkaline batteries. Thinking about getting some rechargeable AA batteries.

Chris, might not work well with rechargeables (unless there's a newer version) previous rechargeables were only 1.2 volts, a lot of electronics think a fully charged one is already needing replaced... Steve

Pulley arrived today. UPS sent from MI to IN to OH to KY to CO to WY. Expect they made no money on this deal.

Installed and running much quieter now. Surprising how a very small noise you can get used to until you notice something is amiss. Expect the mounting bolt has been coming loose for some time.
