Nope, no HOA. It's the main reason we moved to this development rather than some others. I knew I'd stay on the shit list with an HOA with my trailers and such.

Finally got the insulated overhead door. Just waiting for them to come clean up all the dirt piles, put the fence up, and the city to do the final inspection. Click image for larger version

I keep seeing a move to Lubbock or Amarillo in my future, what I see in my price range most low priced homes have their garage converter to a room, I need something for my toys.

if you don't mind can you tell me how much this building is going to add to your property Tax?

SHHHH! It's just a storage shed sir.....

Dad had three pieces of equipment on three phase. I can't decide if I want to mess with that rotary convertor dad built or not.

Not real sure, I'm already in a fight with them about this years property taxes. Probably be fighting with them next year too when they add the building. I'm figuring $300-$400.

What's bringing you this way?

Looking good. Can’t believe it’s still empty. Mine started filling up as soon as the concrete could be walked on.

Cutter always pushed to build the rotoverters as the availability of 3 phase machine tools rather than single phase. Something along the line of FIeld of dreams "Build it and they will come .
