Just end caps, bull bar and decide if I want to mess with putting lights in it

I used the attach function, please let me know if the pictures are done correctly.

Ah yes, the CAD program, Cardboard Aided Design. Looks good.

Nice job. Are you going to paint it with something?
I used rustoleum bed liner in spray cans for the rear bumper of my truck and it has not held up very well. Need to pull it off and redo it but hate taking the lights and wiring all apart (and painting, I hate that the most)

Last one I built I had it powdercoated, lasted 10 years and it was just starting to show rust in a few spots, mainly where the tires sandblasted the powdercoat

I have the plans for one like that, it's on the todo list somewhere.
Looks very sharp

Powder coating would be nice, but since the bumper has my tail lights, license plate, and backup lamps I probably can't take it off for that long There is a powder coating place in town but I have heard they aren't too eager to do small one off jobs.

I will probably buy a can of herculiner and roll it on whenever I get a chance. I have had much better luck with it than with the aerosol stuff.

Still undecided if I want to cut lights into it and I have to come up with slots or some sort of vents in the lower portion to let air through to the intercooler.
