Outstanding, Tim! ...although I expected to see a "wall of air" with all three fans running off the same motor...

You should consider some chicken wire or similar to keep stuff from falling into the fan or rats or children from getting shredded...

Looks good. Did you have to attach a leash to it?

yep looks good ya going to put some expanded metal on it for safety so dog don't lose a nose or you a hand??
I have another big fan here I tried to give away bought it for 250 last year or so
but don't need it now just needs a top and bottom added to it and a 120v motor and you can blow the roof off the building with it had two and finished one out for a buddy and it needed a boat anchor staked out to keep it from running away...

So anyone close to me wanting a huge shop fan project come and get it!
still has a good 3Ph 2HP motor on it as well.
I don't want to mess with it or scrap it, let alone mess any personal projects at the moment, I have too many irons in the fire now anyway...

No but I need wheel stops

I will add some hardware cloth soon for safety. For now it gets to hang out under the stairs out of the way and kinda blocked in.

Regarding my earlier comment about some kind of mesh or wire blade guard, I'm in the shop last night and I hear a "ba-ding, ba-ding, ba-ding" from the 30" stand-up fan. I'm like "WTF?" and I see this SOB in there. Busted him up pretty good but he was still able to crawl away from me so I had to open the halves of the guard up to get him out.

This is one reason I kill pests that get inside. You let them go they just come back and do stupid shit like this!
