Default DeWalt 18v

As I mentioned a couple weeks back, my 18V Dewalt cordless drill had a broken clutch. Camaro Zach graciously offered to send me his DeWalt tools, as he had replaced them with Milwaukee tools. They arrived today. The pics will explain what he sent. All work. He also sent me a DeWalt sawsall that had a busted trigger. That should be an easy fix I expect.

The lights are handy, but incandescent. Apparently there’s an upgrade to an LED bulb that can be done though.

The rest is a nice selection of stuff, should keep you working for a while.

I also need to think about looking into rebuilding some of my older batteries for mine.

Probably a year and a half ago I offered the lot to a friend of mine that was in need of a drill. It wasn’t “new or nice” enough for him so he went out and bought a new ryobi drill. I’m glad to see it all finally go to someone that put it to use.

That was a very nice thing to do. I have an 18v dewalt similar drill but everything else is red and the drill will be red after the dewalt goes. I have the high torque Milwaukee 1/2" impact. I am amazed what I can break with it
