Default The Lug nut impression.

1, 2) Making a key to remove the lug nuts.

3) 3/4" mild steel hex stock, I wanted something harder but that is all I had.
machined down the diameter so I could slide it onto the nut and center it for an impression.

1) Soldering tools.

2) Added a layer of solder.

3) placed it over the lug-nut and hit it with a hammer, did ok but the nut is somewhat rounded and did not quite imprint the outer edges.

4,5 ) roughly cut up to the impression with an 1/8" end-mill.

1, 2) A little tapping with a hammer and finished up with a Dremel.

Wouldn't you know it the nuts were a little tighter then snug, I probably could have unscrew them with a stout screwdriver.

Nice work!
Do you want to reuse the lock or did you just want to get the damn thing off?

These sockets are available for a reasonable price. They work pretty good on stripped lugnuts and lockers

One time thing just needed to get them off.

I figured it would take longer to find whatever was used to remove them.

I was thinking about welding a socket on them, was not sure a 120 volt welder would be enough, no 240 volts at the house.

That's an impressive impression.
I drive an impact socket tight over the lug nut. Between standard and metric sockets one always drives on tight enough.
