That vise look pretty heavy.
I would suggest some bungees to keep it from getting a harmonic bounce going.

It is heavy and mounted and feels very stout
keeping the jaws and swivel base nice and tight when under way
as suggested I may also tack the nuts on the bolts so it does not star sleep walking and find its self a new home.
