Nice setup up.

Also, in regards to how clean your shop is.... it is cleaner than my kitchen (right now I've got repairs to water damage ongoing so everything is a mess).

That is a very sweet clamp on fixture, but WOW what a great little drill. I sure could have used that one a lot of times. Is the little magnet strong enough to let you bear down on the handle?

My kitchen is certainly cleaner than my shop, not a very strong statement there, but may not be as clean as your shop. lol

Looks like you must be getting it ready for a visit from OSHA.

Fabber,

the magnet is rated at 2,700lbs holding force. It is a very powerful and quality drill, everything I was expecting in a low profile version.
