Paychk-it still drags, but good test.

Pull flux core. Doesn't like to be pushed.

I hope the new liner does the trick for you so you can stop this B.S. and get to WELDING!

I used the hh140 today even though the new liner isn't here yet. I just straightened the liner/hose and it worked ok, just a small amount of hesitation in feeding the wire. My son insisted I take out the stick welder so he could weld-a good sign that he's enjoying working with steel! Anyway it felt good to lay on some metal.

I just put the new liner in, the hh140 now works great. The old liner looked fine, there were no kinks. I ran long practice beads while my son watched the drive rollers, no hesitation. Now, back to welding FINALLY.

One thing more you should get , if you have not gotten them yet , is a wire lube pad .
They helped my HH175 weld smoother . You can get them in two versions , a cleaner version and the lube version .

That wire lube pad sounds great, I'll look for it at the LWS when I get the c-25. Thanks Lu!
