Tuesday night I was working on making a underwater tree for fish habitat. Due to poor judgement and poor reaction time I wound up with a 5cm cut in my left forearm. It was deep and ugly. Taylor was out in the shop with me and she was right on the ball for first aid. She brought a roll of shop towels and I got that on the cut. She then called SWMBO to haul me to the ER. At the er I found out there was a tendon cut. So they stitched me up and refered me to a specialist. The appointment was today and the cut tendon isn't a important one so we aren't doing surgery to fix it.
The first pic is the tree I was making. I was cutting the pex pipe by scoring it with my utility knife and then bending the pipe so it would break at the score mark. The one that got me broke when I was scoring the pipe.
Pic 2&3 is of my arm before stitches It's kind of graphic.
Pic 4 is all stitched up.

Now we know what "no bull, it's huge" refers to......the size of that cut is impressive. And you did that with the edge of a pex pipe?
